    New RS822+ non responsive, can not factory reset

    I have a new RS822+ . I had the NAS provisioned and briefly working, then all of a sudden I could not see it. The green light continues to flash. No other lights. I tried to factory reset, but it will not beep at all. It the MB cooked?

    Hi. I recently purchased a DS1010+ NAS from a private seller. I would like to do a full factory reset on it, however the seller didn't have the Installation CD that originally came with it. Does anyone happen to have one that they could send me?
