i can't access dsm with browser or synology assistant

Hi please help
ds415play, i can no longer access dsm trough the browser or connect with synology assistant, which show server name and ip address
but the staus show connection failed, i can access with mobile apps and windows 11 in file manager in network locations show an icon labeled with server
name, once i clicked i only see a limited number of 3 folders, before i could see all the nas folders in the network tree. this issue happened using another computer
in same home network. when i open the router admin page , same time show the same ip information as synology assistant, some times not.
