Better task scheduling for DSM?

While trying to setup and schedule integrity checks I occasionally run into the following error:

Failed to start backup task. (Scheduled backup has been skipped due to a concurrent ongoing integrity check. Please re-arrange the backup and integrity schedule to avoid collisions.)

I'm wondering if anyone has submitted a ticket or suggestion to Synology about this to add a feature in DSM to better-design the backup scheduler so it could treat situations like:

"Integrity check is still running. Delay the next backup until the check finishes, then run the backup.”

Rather than:

“A scheduled backup tried to start while an integrity check was running, so the scheduled backup was skipped/failed.”

Never saw that exact message, but did encounter monthly drive & security emails not arrive reliably: sometimes yes often no. No rhyme or reason. With no error messages. I did approach support on it, and they responded saying to change DNS to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1.. Didn’t make sense as to why, but it has been solid ever since! 2 years or so since change.
